Information We Collect
When you use PrideMD, we may collect:
- Email address: When you unlock provider results via our email gate
- Usage data: Pages viewed, searches performed (via GA4/GTM analytics)
- IP address: Collected server-side via Cloudflare Workers when you submit your email
- Device type: Mobile, tablet, or desktop (detected from user agent)
- Referral URL: The page that referred you to PrideMD
- UTM parameters: Marketing attribution data if present in your URL
How We Use Your Information
- Sending you the provider list you requested
- Segmenting our email list by city and specialty for relevant follow-up content
- Analytics to improve our service
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties
Email Processing
We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) as our email service provider. Your email and attributes are stored on Brevo's servers. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for usage analytics. This data is anonymized and used only to improve our service.
